Where do you ship? We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders process in 1–2 business days and spend 5–6 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 6–8 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $50 or more ship free within the US. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx, depending on the size and destination of your order.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, it can't be changed or cancelled, but you may return it under our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
We pay return shipping if an item arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping.
What if my guitar arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and box. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see your full card number.

Which brands do you carry?
We carry guitars and basses from Ibanez, Squier, Yamaha and Jackson, along with strings, straps, cables and other accessories.
Which guitar is best for a beginner?
Many players start with a Yamaha acoustic or a Squier electric, as both are known for comfortable playability at accessible prices. Call or email us and we'll help you choose based on your style, budget and hand size.
Do guitars come with strings installed?
Yes, guitars and basses ship with strings installed. You may need to fine-tune after delivery, as temperature changes in transit can affect tuning.
Do your guitars include a warranty?
Some instruments include a manufacturer's warranty, provided under the manufacturer's own terms. Contact us and we'll help with next steps.
Can I try a guitar in person?
Yes. Visit our showroom at 4937 Indian Warpath Rd, Maryville, TN 37803. Call ahead to make sure the model you want is ready.
