Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the terms below.

1. 30-Day Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition in which you received them
  • Be in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included
  • Come with your order number or order details

2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, email info@muncyguitars.com or call +1 865-977-6147 with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  • We will send you return instructions and a return address.
  • Please contact us before sending anything back.
  • Please pack the instrument securely in its original box, and use a tracked, insured shipping service. We can’t be responsible for items lost or damaged on the way back to us.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Damaged or incorrect items: if you receive an instrument that is damaged or the wrong item, we pay the cost of returning it.

Change-of-mind returns: if you’ve changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an instrument arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@muncyguitars.com or +1 865-977-6147. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the instrument and the box

We will arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund in your account. 6. Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different instrument, return the original item under this policy and place a new order. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we’ll arrange a replacement where stock allows.

7. Items We Cannot Accept

We may refuse a return if the item:

  • Was returned after 30 days
  • Has been used, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Is missing parts, accessories or its original packaging

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Some instruments come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty claims follow that manufacturer’s terms. Contact us and we’ll explain the next steps.
