Shipping Policy

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We are unable to ship internationally at this time.

Carriers

Orders are sent with USPS, UPS or FedEx. The carrier is chosen based on the size and destination of your order.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–6 business days.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–8 business days from the date of your order.

Shipping costs

  • Free standard US shipping on orders of $50 or more.
  • Orders under $50: the shipping rate is calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be changed or cancelled, but it can be returned under our Return & Refund Policy.

Your instrument on arrival

Instruments ship with strings installed. Temperature changes in transit can affect tuning, so your instrument may need retuning when it arrives. [Please open the box on delivery and check the instrument and packaging.]

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather or busy periods may sometimes cause orders to take longer. If your tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days, please contact us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not yet shipped.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the instrument and the box, so we can arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. If an item is missing, contact us with your order number. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
