Help Choosing a Guitar
A good guitar starts with the right fit. If you’re unsure which instrument suits your style, budget or hand size, contact us and our staff will help you choose. If you’re a beginner, we suggest Yamaha acoustics and Squier electrics as good places to start.
Showroom Visits
Come and try instruments in person at our Maryville showroom. Our range includes Ibanez, Squier, Yamaha and Jackson. Please call ahead to confirm the model you want is available.
Ready-to-Play Delivery
Instruments ship with strings installed, so they’re ready to tune and play. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx in 5–6 business days after that, with a tracking number emailed once your order ships. Temperature changes in transit can affect tuning, so your instrument may need retuning when it arrives.
Guitar Brands and Accessories
We stock guitars and basses from Ibanez, Squier, Yamaha and Jackson, plus strings, straps, cables and other accessories. Every listing gives the brand, model and finish, so you know exactly what you’re buying.
Returns & Damage Protection
If an instrument isn’t right, you can return it unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 30 days of delivery. If a guitar arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos of the instrument and the box, and we’ll arrange a replacement or a refund at no cost. Some instruments carry a manufacturer’s warranty, which follows that manufacturer’s terms. Contact us and we’ll explain the next steps.
