2. Currency
All prices are listed and charged in US dollars (USD).
3. Secure Checkout
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout using SSL encryption. Muncy Guitars does not see or store your full card number. Shopify Payments is certified PCI DSS Level 1 compliant.
4. When You Are Charged
Your payment method is charged when you place your order. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and total.
5. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local law.
6. Pricing and Errors
We work to keep prices and product details accurate. If an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund. We will contact you before doing so.
7. Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, check your card details and billing address, or contact your card issuer. You may also try another accepted payment method.
8. Order Verification
To protect against fraud, we may contact you to verify an order before it ships. Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled and refunded in full.
