Yamaha TRBX174 Bass Guitar – Violin Sunburst
The Yamaha TRBX174 Bass Guitar – Violin Sunburst delivers versatile bass performance in Yamaha's popular TRBX series. Its comfortable body shape, fast-action bolt-on maple neck, and sonokeling fingerboard provide an accessible playing experience for beginners and experienced bassists alike.
The bass features a mahogany body paired with a maple neck and sonokeling fingerboard. This combination provides a comfortable platform for extended practice sessions, rehearsals, recording, and stage performance.
For tonal versatility, the TRBX174 uses a split-coil pickup and a single-coil pickup, giving it the familiar P/J arrangement. Players can access punchy fundamental bass tones as well as brighter, more articulate sounds by balancing the two pickup voices.
The Violin Sunburst finish gives the instrument a classic appearance while retaining the modern TRBX body styling. The 4-string configuration and approachable design make it a strong option for players seeking an affordable everyday bass.
